History

Project Plan Services (PPS) are one of the UK’s most dynamic corporate portfolio, programme and project management specialists. Our expertise provides planning solutions that cover a broad spectrum of people, technology and process capabilities. 

 

From the early stages of project initiation through to the complexities of project planning, execution and finally closure, PPS prides itself on talking your language, guaranteeing smooth project consultancy with the minimum of fuss. Offering continued support through demonstrations, training courses and day to day account management.

Established in 2008 PPS has taken its unique style of project consultancy into the workplace, enabling corporate clients of all sizes to optimise their planning infrastructure and deliver clear benefits.

In 2009 PPS became a Silver Microsoft Partner specialising in Project and Portfolio Management. Supporting clients from project initiation to the complexities of project planning, execution and finally closure.

In 2013 PPS became a Smartsheet Partner, later becoming the UK's first Platinum Smartsheet Partner in 2019. With expert consultants, training and continued support to assist every business reach success.

Support

Ongoing Support - for the setup and onboarding of Smartsheet in your organisation but also day-to-day support for the users. From simple enquiries regarding logging in to questions related to the core platform capabilities, and give you guidance on how to effectively use Smartsheet.

Specialist Support - in-house specialist support covering Smartsheet's advanced functions and capabilities. Supporting developing and evolving client needs once their solution has been deployed. 

Consultancy & Professional Services

Consultants help determine the best solution for the client, understanding their unique needs and requirements. This includes working on bespoke and custom services such as solution builds and implementation. Ensuring new solutions are integrated with the client's existing way of working for a seamless adoption with their team.

Training

Smartsheet Training - provided by our in-house experts to suit the requirements and experience level of all users, covering all levels from beginners, intermediates and advanced users. Our training is never 'off the shelf' and will always be tailored to the client, their organisation and specific use case. 

Bespoke Training - specifically designed to support and train users on implementing and using their custom build/integration. This may include the creation of a user guide to assist users in adopting and succeeding with Smartsheet and their new solution. In addition, we offer 'Train the Trainer' sessions so that the client can go on and train new staff/users, making the solution successful long-term.

Knowledge Assessment

Our innovative approach to solution planning, delivery, support and training is offered to all clients and means the service received will always be tailored to their business. The Knowledge Assessment allows PPS to understand the users' needs, experience and competency levels with project management platforms and software. This ensures the support and service we provide are right for their business, making every element useful and valuable.
