So, in 2023 we are launching our new Customer Success Programme that is part of every customer's journey when working with PPS.
Our Customer Success Programme aims to provide you with ongoing guidance to make sure you get the most out of your investment, mitigating your concerns over team engagement and usage of your solution. By having regular reviews, health checks and always being on hand from onboarding, through implementation to day-to-day business activity. We will share educational and supportive platform content with your users that will allow them to gain confidence in using your solution and all the diverse functionalities available to them.

You may recognise Rob, he has been with us at PPS for over 2 years and is our Learning and Development expert and certified trainer. He supports and trains our clients, providing support that reflects their organisation's specific requirements. This is why he is the perfect individual to be leading the Customer Success Programme at PPS, helping you take your project and portfolio management solution to the next level.
