The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) are the Industry Training Board and a partner in the Sector Skills Council for the construction industry in England, Scotland and Wales. It is CITB’s job to work with the industry to encourage training, which helps build a safe, professional and fully qualified workforce.
CITB’s Project Delivery Office was challenged by a lack of credible reporting resulting in scope creep and overruns both in duration and financially, Project and programme managers did not have a centralised process and tools.
