Project Plan Services was founded in 2008 by Peter Allanach following a successful ten year Project Management and Planning career working across a wide variety of industries.   Regionally based from Yorkshire, with consultants covering the UK, PPS Specializes in all aspects of Project / Programme & Portfolio Planning in order to help clients achieve their desired business outcomes through effective management of multiple portfolios, programmes, projects and associated resources.

PPS are business change and enterprise planning specialists with years of experience in complex Portfolio, Programme and Project management. As well as providing  consultancy to clients on how to utilise Microsoft Office Project and the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solution, PPS cover all aspects of planning ie People and Processes not just technology.   PPS consultants have a wealth of experience gained over many years working within small, medium and large organisations both in the UK and abroad.
